I purchase a phone HTC A9 thrugh ebay paid advance full money as per their conditions on 19/07/2016 & Mobile received on 22/07/2016. The Head phone /Mobile accessory stopped working (not damaged) & i raised compalint for replacement on 09/08/2016 & ebay replied that after 30 days no claim will be entertained. when i purchased the product the same was showing 01 year warranty of mobile & 06 months warranty on accessories. But nothing done so far from ebay site. This is a fraud company should be banned in India.
