I tried to make a transaction on 18.03.2015 (9:35 AM) through paytm but unfortunately order could not be place

Bill Desk order #BPT23709225396. ( PayTM cash transactionID:A81EB14E6925100A)

My case is being handled by Mr. Ganesh Gowda ji (PaisaPay Team)..he sent a link regarding Gateway Payment rejection...to forward it to PayTm.

I sent it to PayTM and got an answer that : "Payment is successful vide  #BPT23709225396 from their side pls approach Customer Merchant."

I`m in touch contineously with Ebay for my REFUND but..Issue is still pending.

Kindly concern autority may interven for correct and fast resolution.

System is made by HUMAN Being...which can be rectified...It should not be made as PUNISHMENT to inocent customer.

Customer will loose their trust ..next time....he will afraid while delaing with online payment to Ebay..or anybody else.

I request again Ebay Team to do the needful and get my REFUND at the earliest.
