I made a first time purcahse on ebay with a 15% discount coupon. But item was wrong and I sent back. They sent me a coupon of 15% discount and another for my courier exp (of INR 130).
Now, 1st problem, I will have to make two purchases to claim my own money and 15% discount.
And 2nd, when I got confused as to how to claim both coupons in one purchase, during which my coupons expired. Now what to do?
What is my fault? Why can't I claim my 15% discount any time I want? And why doesn't ebay give my 130 rupees back whenever I ask?
