Hi,
I ordered a CellPhone on EBay on the 5th October. Had applied a 10% Coupon (Rs 3000/-) OFF.
Ebay powershipper goofed up and delivered a wrong product.
Ebay after 16 days of dragging their feet accepted that it was their mistake.
Now planning to issue a refund. BUT I presume the refund will be of the 10% discounted amount.
This means that if now I go ahead purchasing this item, I need to pay 10% more.
Should EBAY not refund me the actual price of the item as NOW EBAY IS MAKING ME PAY MORE.
PLEASE HELP EBAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
