I won an item at the auction , the item no. 291507179964 on 11.07.2015. As soon as I am trying to make a payment the payment page flashes with a red-lettered warning which says "Sorry, the item can not be shipped to the address, please change the address or remove the item." I tried several times but every time this warning comes, so I can not make the payment. I have tried to contact the seller by sending two e-mails through ebay but there is no reply from the seller side. In that case even if I make a request for " cancel transaction" and the seller does not reply then what happens when the seller opens anon-payment case against me ? Please clarify.
