Hello.
Your Ebay services has so many courier services than why the seller send the product after 3 days for shipping and why courier services give delivery of product within next 15-20 days. Why your process is slow?
Compare to other e commerce service they provide faster delivery services than ebay. Even in some products delivery in 2 days without delivery charges (If i have purchased more than Rs. 500).
Second question is that why your refund service take 15-20 or even a month for close a claim after its opening. If there is any refund or replacement request solve in 1-2 days and start the next refund or replacement process.
I got refund from other e commerce within 5 working days even f replacement than they come with new product within week and exchange with old one.
Why don't ebay start such fast services? Does ebay not like to competition with other ebay or does it not capable of providing such facilities?
