Ebay - Cheating company and fooling customers

I bought Royal Enfield Seat from Ebay and was assured that the seats would directly fit in the slots.  When I got the seats, it did not fit as promised.

 

I raised a claim in October. 

This claim was closed on flimsy grounds stating that I did not provide an alternate number to be contacted.  Then I raised another claim.

 

Then I also sent an email to the country head of Ebay for resolving my problem.  I got a conference call from ebay and seller and they assured me that my money will be refunded and the merchandise will be picked up.  Now, today I get an email from Ebay informing me that my claim has been closed (without any refunds) because I did not ship the material back and provide courier details to them (which was never agreed).  Why will I ship the product back, without having my money back???
