Bought an Amazon fire phone in eBay INDIA .The pack was unsealed when I got it and it has problem with the indian network bandwidth. When I contacted EBay customer care they do not hear the problem instead they you have manufacture warranty ,you can claim it . But actually the seller has phone bought in U.S and reselled it again in INDIA claiming it as a NEW mobile. There are no service center in INDIA.Why does eBay have such a poor Customer service.Why dont they provide a refund. It actually cheated us providing an used phone .The eBay customer care has closed the complaints without any information. day 1 from buying the phone I am contacting them and will wait for 36 hours then again they close the compliant.
