Decfective product - Cant raise complaint/replacement

I have received a defective product "5 IN 1 AIR SOFA **bleep** BED - 100% GENUINE BESTWAY PRODUCT./ BLACK (291040635803) from Seller ram_traders. I am unable to raise a complain or replacement for the same.

Please help
