Claim no - 1395536. waiting since last 25 day for 999.00 credit to purchase another item from ebay
I had purchased a body massagar on ebay.in, the product was horrible, so i wished to returned with below reasons.
1. The vibration of the unit is uncontrollable.
2. I, who give the massage, my hands were vibrated too much then expected.
3. I can not control the speed of vibration.
4. The massage with this unit is not at all accepted by the family members. It is Frightening experience to all.
the customer support executive from Ebay (karthipillai@tpa.ebay.com) gave 2 option 1. is send back the product to the seller or keep the product with you and ebay will give Rs.999.00 to be cresited to buy another product online.
on status of return good the status shows case closed but it is still open from my side.
i am still waiting for the 999.00 credit. and the faluty product is also with me.
