Buy Samsung LED TV from Ebay seller (ledtvshop77) on 3 Feb. 2015,
i got shipment on 7th Feb.2015. When i open wooden box i found LED TV was faulty.
I Complained on 7th Feb. on Ebay vide case id no. 869772, They demand no. of images for there satisfaction that i have submitted in there given time.
From 13th Feb. i got answered from customer care that your case is in progress and will solved within 48 hrs. but that 48 hrs. not come till date.
As per eBay rule case have to solved within 20 days but now 30 days already passed and i have not got any proper solution from Ebay.
Can any one can give me Ebay Company (India) CEO Email id or Mobile No., May be he will look in this case and my case will solve soon.
