Hello. This was my first time on eBay. I ordered a redmi note 4 on the 7th of this month. But the seller hasn't yet shipped the product. After repeated contact with the seller (who kept on reassuring me that it would be shipped that day, and the next, and the next again) , I cancelled the order on the 11th. About 2 hours later, i got a message that the product has been shipped. Meanwhile,ive already bought the phone from a retailer. The eBay seller whom I contacted is not responding now and his product is on the way. I'm not going to pay for an order which I don't want and especially one which I cancelled according to the terms and conditions stated. Please advise how to proceed further. This is my first purchase on eBay and I'm bitterly disappointed
