I have purchased a mobile phone form the seller in US from ebay.com on 7th Nov.2013. He has shipped my phone on 9th Nov.2013. But till date i.e, 1st Dec 2013 I have not recieved my item. Tracking number he has given is like "LJ*********US" and its a priority mail internationl flat rate medium box. Estimated delivery date was 18th to 22nd Nov.
Many have said once the goods reach India it can be tracked in India Post IPS web tracking page. But I cant find any tracking details on India post website too.
I have tried contacting my post office, Foreign Post Office/Bangalore and even Customs. But they say they dont have any record for my customs number. What should i do now?
I have opened a case with ebay and waiting till 2nd Dec 2013 to escalate it to ebay. Will i get a refund? How many days should i wait still?
