I bought the Note 3 Neo at a discounted deal here on Ebay. The seller had 100% positive ratings and good feedback.
Next day, he provided me with shipping details of Bluedart. I tried it, but is showed as AWB Not Found. So, I waited until next day, and still the same. I contacted him, and he replied that there is some issue, because of which tracking number is not showing up, and this will be resolved soon.
Next 2-3 days, the issue is still the same, and the seller now doens't reply to email. I checked his profile and saw that I was not the only victim. Many other customers who bought from him are facing the same issue. He has given fake AWB number to all of them.
Its been 7 days, and I have raised a claim against him. What are my chances of getting full refund? How long does it from the date of claim to get the amount back in my bank account?
