ERROR on Paisapay page-----"Items not shipped"

To Paisapay Team:

I am getting this error for about 10 days now and I have spoken to customer care but they do have a clue about it.

This Error comes in two parts, 95% of the time when I click on "Items not shipped" I get this ERROR MESSAGE:



And sometimes if the "Items not shipped" link opens then I get this ERROR MESSAGE:



This happens in all browsers like FF, IE and Chrome so it is not a browser issue.

Requesting you to please look into the problem urgently

eBay, as of now the problem seems be solved and I was able to view the items properly.

Yes for the last 15 days this error is persistent. It is very frustrating to work if you are not able to print out labels

Please do something asap and update.

I am still getting the error on paisapay page it says "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Will someone at ebay please resolve this error.

I had posted this error on 04/11/2009 and till date it is not solved
