I would like to share an unhappy experience on ebay with you.  

I bought a product from 3 months before.  the first month he told me the product was returned to him, he would mail it again. In second month, he told me he was in a hospital, he would find out what's happen.  Third month, he told me he would refund to me, but he did not.  I understand the complaint must within 30 days. I bought many products from e-bay, in normal, I got the products within one month, except this time.  I know he would not refund to me, I just want to tell more buyers my experience. the seller I did contact the seller within 3 months, he had many excuses. Final, I have not received the product.

I try to contact ebay customer service, they cannot help me indeed.  I find it very difficult to complaint the seller on ebay.
