Why list of all claims not visible on ebay on seller backend

Hi,

 

I would like to bring to the notice of ebay team that I cannot see my list of all claims registered by buyers. I am only able to see link of resolution centre.

I would request ebay to provide a link where we sellers can see all claims registered as of date. That would help in resolving ases and feedbacks

This is true.. It becomes very difficult to find particular claim. Also there are tones when the claims shown on page are not even sorted in order by date form.
