I got this defective product Genuine Original Apple™ iPhone 4S Replacement Battery  from one of the seller.

It was mentioned genuine & original but delivered counterfeit item.  

I checked with ebay for refund, but they said, they can’t help me in this case as this product comes with Manufacturer Warranty. So, they suggested me to check with the seller. But the seller was very irresponsible and he was not ready to provide me a proper solution.

At this moment I don’t want any replacement. I need my money back.

This was the first and very worst experience I had so far with ebay.

Please help me out.
