I think you have newly registered and started selling. Being new you would have 10 listings with 1 Qty in each. This is for safety as earlier many bad sellers came and made the platform bad name,
Make 10 sale and earn 10 +ve feedbacks then email / get in touch with ebay to increase your limit. Ebay wont attend if your sale is below 10 and if you dont have minimum 10 selling +ve feedbacks
