Do I need to have a partnership deed, a company name, PAN and GSTIN for selling on e-bay in the case of two or more partners? Is PaisaPay registration necessary? Can I just give my bank details alone or is it necessary to give both bank and credit card details? In the case of partnership, whose credit card details should be given, if required?

You dont need to give credit card details for selling on Ebay. But since you are working on partnership basis, all the other details that you mentioned would be required.

First of all you will need to have a GST. Without GST, Ebay will not allow you to sell. To apply for GST, you will require firm registration, PAN in business name etc.
