Regular [non toll free ]customer care number

HI,

I am currently in US and following up with ebay customer care for refund. As I am out of India I am not able to contact on toll free customer care number. I have sent few email but no response.

Never seen such a worst support. My case has been closed on a month before but still didn’t receive my refunds.

Appreciate if someone can help me here and send me ebay regular toll customer care number.

Keep calling them but no one is answering, left couple of voice messages but no response.

Worst customer support from ebay, sent few emails but so far didnt receive any single response from ebay. Keep telling same story every week that we have  escalted your case but no solution.
