i baught an item from ebay and it was defective,i ask for refund and they tell me to return the item to seller ,
i returned through DTDC and provide them pdf of pod slip, after a month thel reply me that the pod was untracable,
it was the fault of dtdc tracking but after a week the pod was tracable and it shows that the product was delivered,
but the seller refuse that he didnt get anything and the ebay closed my claim...
