How to complaint about the duplicate product received?

I ordered a xiomi power bank. I received the one and found that the product seems to be a duplicate copy of xiomi power bank. Also, it is not working as expected. 

Seller refuses to take the product back.

I am so very much disappointed with the product and thus ebay, that it is not a good site to purchase the things, as seller may give you a duplicate product and refuses to return back the money, and thus in short fools you.

Hope, reporting here would help me somehow and the product would be returned soon.
