Hello ,I am regular buyer of antique coins .some time Auctioneer end listing st his own what to do?

Auction before time ended in many cases ,without completing the process. What to do in those cases?how ebay allow this practice where Bidders are fooled by the seller ? There should be some rule for Sellers? Please advice Rajesh syal
