Can anyone help me with a concern?

I had ordered a 64 GB SD card from Ebay.in apart from other orders I made and was not happy at all. To my dismay I received a 27.61GB card instead of 64 GB, I called and spoke with the dealer and he said he will resend the product. After a week I received the same product but that was the same. I took pictures for proof. I logged into ebay and to my utter disappointment and dismay, Ebay has removed my info from the email page. I really don't know what is happening but would like to have this issue resolved once and for all. I want ebay to arrange a courier pickup of the 2nd SD card that I reveived from the dealer and process my refund ASAP. I'm done and dusted with Ebay. It's a nightmare which I would never like to relive. I'm attaching the file of the pics taken as proof just to prove I'm not lying.
