How to get hold payment

Hello eBay Team,

 

I'm writing to inquire about the payment for my sold items. Previously, I was informed that I should expect the payment within 7 working days after my account was restricted.

 

However, today marks the end of the 7-working-day period, and I haven't received the payment yet. I've verified that all orders have been delivered, and there are no open cases on my account.

 

Could you please look into this matter and provide an update on when I can expect the payment? I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
