eBay Is Taking Away Top Rated Status At Will

Question

Hi all,On last evaluation I was demoted from TRS to Above Standard level. All of my performance meet Top Rated crieteria. The defect rate is only 1%. They didn't provide any good reason for doing so. On my numerous calls to them everyone gave me random reasons. Two of them actually acknowldged that it's the bug in their system.&nbsp;&nbsp;Situation looks very bleak, Does anyone have a contact&nbsp;to someone senior in ebay who knows current rules. Because whenever I call them they tell me feedback is lower than 98% and I have to point them towards newer rule which states 98% is no longer applicable for to become TRS.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any help will be appriciated.

98% requirement was removed since August 20, 2014. Only defect rate is now counted. Please refer to updated documentation http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/sellerstandards2014.html

I can show you many sellers who don't have 98% feedback but they are TRS.
I can show you many sellers who have 98% but they are not TRS. Probably because their defect rate is high.

Last two evaluations I didn't have 98% feedback but still I was TRS.

Explain that.
