To All ebay sellers, This whole fourm is filled up with complaints against Paisapay department; their late replies and unprofessional ways of handling things. I feel this is all because of lack of communication between the sellers and Paisapay department. So I propose to ebay that they must start a customer care phone-line service specially in the interest of all sellers. This is first time I have paid for a thing from Ebay with a painful experience. The Item I Bided and Win is having the item, with following details: Item Number : 150096486756 Item Title : original ipod 2 gb with no res 1day auction 24 hr. del. Seller is : gifts_everything (having 100% positive feedback) Payment Method is : ICICI online money transfer and the transaction bears the PaisaPay ID 19105244002 Payment Date: 28 Feb 2007 NOw the item was listed in my "won" item. Today I have received mails from Ebay, stating that- "We recently removed all of this seller's active listings and have suspended the seller's trading privileges. Due to privacy concerns we will not be able to share further details related to this seller." Now the item is removed from my “Won” category !!!!!!!! Now what you do, whom you blacklist it is all upto you. But I am only interested to know how I am going to get my Money Back?? First of I have not been able to contact seller and ask a refund, as your system does not allow to contact a member, if my account is < 3 days old (which it is , as I registered on 28th Feb -2007). Do you want me to wait fro 2 more days, and you believe that person (seller) is going to wait for me??? The Same E-mail from Ebay further state that : "Due to privacy concerns we will not be able to share further details related to this seller." NOw you tell me, how I am going to contact the seller?? I am asking this, cause all your dispute resolution scheme asks the buyer to contact seller first , before approaching Ebay for any resolution. But tell me what should I do, if you dont provide me the contact details of that person. See, I made the payment and that to a registered seller in Ebay. I don’t know what kind of back ground verification Ebay conducts before certifying a person as seller. But this is pathetic. Ok Enough. I want my money back. So please do the needful. In that same mail, eBay told me to claim the refund through Paisa pay. I drafted a mail to them with above details. No reply so far. I don’t know if anybody cares. Now the best part, and it goes to all in eBay /Paisa Pay If you don’t take action against this incident and dont get me my money back, 1. I will flash the whole incident to media 2. Sue eBay for hefty lump sum penalty for breaking trust of common online buyers.I am a software consultant in a big MNc and believe me 5200 INR is nothing for me. But if this is way you people allow online cheating , your future is not very bright. And I am not going to take this thing silently. I ordered a Sony xperia e1 on 5/9/2014 but next day i got a mail from eBay says that the seller cant sent the item to your pin code.then i call your customer care service and i told this problem and they says that when your refund sanctioned you will get a message.like you say i got a message from eBay that your refund sanctioned and amount will credit to your account in 6-8 days.Toady is almost 12 working days and i didn't get my amount.
