Is there any courier service that is more reliable than DTDC and in the
same price range? DTDC has lost two of my shipments this week and it is
impossible to contact their customer care.
As stated in the post before mine, many sellers don't ship to states
that have paperwork requirement for ecom deliveries. Still there are
many sellers on ebay that ship to the North East. You can clarify with
the seller before placing the order.
ebay's defect rate rating is a joke.... ebay is punishing some of it's
best sellers for no fault of their's.... when a buyer rejects
deliveries, when the shipping address is wrong, when the buyer is not
available to take delivery....in many such case...
I agree with you. Without its own delivery service, ebay can't compete
with other ecom websites. ebay has already lost ground to ecom websites
that came after it. Unlike their counterparts in developed countries,
Indian logistic companies are hopeles...
