We manufacture goods at Kanpur and sell overseas and receive payemnys
via pay pal after conversion in Rupees . During my vat case how will
this sale be treated ? Will it attract any Vat liability ? please help

cleared from customs and you have proper shipping bill and document
supporting receipts in foreign exchange . Ine bay we ship the item as
samples and dont have any shipping bill ...
