No pick up by LSP (Aramex) even after four days

Pick-up failure by LSP (Aramex) (PaisaPay ids  45203481683 & 45203277955)
 
Two items (from two buyer ids) were sold on 28/04/17. Ready to Ship (RTS) was done on 30.04.17, last day of shipment was 03.05.17. Even after 04 days the parcels were not picked up. I called eBay (Powership) many times in the last three days, only routine reply that items will be picked yup shortly, but not picked up. When called, Aramex they ask for eBay generated Token number. When called Powership for Token number, they tell Token number could not be generated, pick up will be arranged manually, but no pick up was done. Clicked "Pick Up Failure" in PowerShip site, but No response/Comment from eBay. Written four mails to inlogistics, but no reply/response. What to do? Please help
