I want to meet Sameer Yadav. Yesterday evening I spoke to Mukul Pedamkar. I sell Circle IT accessories. Some are shipped by Air and my cabinets by Surface. But when my cabinets are shipped by surface, we have only BD as powership LSP to pick our items and for other loocations typically NorthEast, WB etc, we are supposed to ship on our own. We experienced lot of problems in these location and hence want to ban certain states from buying our cabinets since we ship on Surface. But when we stop shipping to some states for surface, then the same is shut for all our shipments using Air surface also. I told Mukul that there should be separate bifurcations for shipment by air and surface.

Second problem we face is very high rates by BD accidentally, and we have to keep following up with PS team that the charges is exorbitant and we have to keep following up to credit the excess amount into our account.

Thirdly we want Powership to guide us about how to go about surface shipment and road permit required in various states and guide us which states to ban from buying our products online due to Road permit rules.

Seller protection for only Top rated seller is really biased. eBay should provide protection to all seller who are in powerseller if item is damaged or lost.

1Kg price is drastically increased, its too much.

Even for 500 Grams, rates are different as per distance. Its tough to calculate rate as we dont know, from which place we get the order.
