I already contacted the seller and they that they cannot be able to deliver the product

Dear Ebay,

When i contacted the seller  they said my item has been shipped on March 14 th 2015. The last delivery date is 27/03/2015 but not delivered yet.

When I contacted the seller/courier they said the shipment is not arrived yet and said to be in NewYork and they won't be able deliver the product in the given time period. Therefore I need to submit a refund claim. Please contact me ASP within two days as I am leaving out of town in two days.

Immediatelp open the case either on eBAy and if the deadline on eBay is over, do not wait for item and open the case on PayPal and claim your refund without delay 😞
