Best shipping companies & ebay fees, listing explain

I am new to this ebay selling. I have couple of questions.
1) If I sell an item for 100 rupees of a computer gadget, how much ebay charges for basic listing and how much ebay charges for selling it.

Over all for how much does it cost me?

2) What are the best shipping methods available? Who has to take care of the shipping? Being ebay seller any shipping company offers discount?
