I purchased an iphone 5s from a seller in July. He sent a defected piece. On continuing chasing, he sent a replacement...which was also defected. After opening a resolution case for 10 days in which the seller promised to send another replacement for the same, he disappeared. I had no choice but to go no resolution and Ebay guarantee.. which ebay is compeltely quiet about now and is doing absolutely nothing about it!!!! Ive lost my money and have a non wokring phone. Can I do a consumer case on ebay through consumer court? Or contact a higher authority on Ebay to resolve this issue?
