I had requested them to remove the feedback since buyer's feedback is not valid as he has already refunded . Ebay is asking me to contact the buyer for the same . I had contacted the buyer and he is saying that he does not know about it as his friend has purchased from his account . When I am paying fees to ebay , they should take some responsibility to resolve a seller issue. They are avoiding it.
