Hello Whats wrong with ebay CS third party company it looks like all the dum ppl are hunted by ebay and hired at their third party office. EG you tell them your PS shipment is on hold with LSP for some regulatory work the will respond to you that your time for delivery is out and you need to get the shipment delivered with in time. Now who will explain the dum person that LSP is of ebay and not seller. Another case when we informed CS staff that shipment is on hold and bluedart has sent us mail to completed regulatory paper work or submit entry tax receipt for J&K they are saying there is curfew because of which its on hold. Where also bluedart says its non affected area and you need to pay entry tax This is common dum behaviour with all dept CS Gaurantee selling support buying support etc. Has any other seller faced such stupidity from CS team Please share your experience
