thats a line i see often. just remained confused forever----have i always known the wrong
meaning of 'up to'? because here on ebay i never see any updates within 15 hours.
dear 'ideal couple' ebay+paisapay, can you plz take the trouble of 'updating' that 'up to
5 hours' thingy? of course it doesn't make any difference, your inefiiciency would remain
at the same level-----just it would be less irritating. thank you.
