i had received a few claims and negatives on my account, but now i have solved them, got some negatives removed.
claims have been dealt with.
but the DSR ratings associated with negatives(already removed) are still there.
iam at 94 % positive feedback rightnow.
waited for a long time, still in "below standard"
sales hit seriously. 😞
