refund problem

I has purchased a blazer..
But its not like that..as it was describe..
I called the saller..he told me that send the product to him..
Next day i send the product to him..
And after 1 week he told me..
Sir give me your account no. I will send the money..2100 rs.
But i want the full amount..thats why..
i claim for refund yesterday..
Actually i used the offline basis..and i have all the proves thAt i already sent the item to the seller..
And i want my money back...
Please help me.. urgent for me..

The seller told me that..he can refund the money..
But if there in future..he said that..No he didinot received the item..then...???
I m very nervous..

1.bill of courier
2.conversations in whatsapp
3. Voicecall record
..so i ll receive the refund or not? Because i used the offline..

Dear dont worry, u would get your money back from ebay, first raise a claim that item was not as described, and u want money back,  then ebay take the time and ask to send back the product to seller and update the courier paper,  so once u upload couirer receipt, then the ebay would pay your money with courier charges. dont worry u wont get any problem.

offline means, u have not bought from ebay.in ? directly u bought from buyer ?

Offline means u have not bought from ebay.in,  or u bought from seller direcly ?  if u bought directly from seller, then ebay has helpless, u wont get any buyer protection,    it is a choice of seller  how much he can pay,
