i am very disappointed with the weighting service in powership transactions you are providing. I sold electronic items which are usually small and weights just 10 gms. My products are hot selling and are multiple quantity transactions. So the estimated weight on label is in a multiple of 200 GMS. For example i have item like pendrive and if 5 pieces are sold at once the item true weight is hardly 100gms but weight i am charged is for 1 kg. Recently i have updated the overweight transactions on new tool you have provided but the claim is refused and reason is multiple quantity transaction. Is this fair? , all the benefits of powership are shadowed by this drawback. hopefully this problem is solved soon and powership sellers are protected from unfair deductions
