I have been raising concern about my paisapay account remittance being hold for long . Even i have not received my remittance sent on 29th Sept,14.
( Have informed through chat , phone call & email multiple times)...Its been hold for long & have sent all document as required.
Every time i got a message after chat or email that you will get a revert within 24 hours , but that never come.
I am new seller & this expereince of complete nonresponsive looks unprofessional
Can anyone help me understand , how long will it take to resolve & where else i can approach to get a resolution.
