I bought an iPhone 4 about 6 months ago and I recently realized it was still logged into their iCloud account. I've emailed the person of the iCloud account several times but couldn't get an answer. I can't reset the phone I can't log in to my own iCloud and it asks me as a pop up every 10 seconds making the phone very hard to use. Am I still able to make a claim on it?
