how to solve Negative feedback problem !!!

Nowadays buyer left Negative feedback to sellers,without contacting.some are innocent some leaving for intentionally.

To solve this,

we need 5star rating to buyer same as seller.

seller should leave 5 star rating feedback to buyer.

so seller can know about buyer history by seeing feedback.some buyers are trying to cheat seller by threatening negative feedback.

ebay should change feedback policy to help seller.

 

we are working hard to deliver best service.we are maintainig 100% positive,beacause we are doing best.for 1 or 2 buyers we are losing 100% positive feedback score.

 

Some buyers left negative feedback for delay in shipping,only dispatching is in our hands,we ships in same day of cleared payment,but some our courier partner made some delay in delivering, for that buyer left negative feedback this is un fair.

so ebay should consider about it...

 

we need 5 star feedback for buyers too...

Rightly said. we need a rating system for buyers also. Else they go scot free affecting Sellers' ratings
