eBay decision is the last decision

Whenever eBay person failed to defend himself logically he forced us to follow - eBay decision is the last decision. Why???

 

even asking a question means breaking the rules why?

 

even you CSR has different views on same question the what the seller do?

 

We got a message on a claim no. 2952370  that  - No response from Seller - Claim Approved

 

On verificion we found the we did not get the message on this claim like - when the claim open, later we also did not  get the message from ebay asking for the proof of shipment. 

 

We received a single message from eBay saying - No response from Seller - Claim Approved

 

We called customer care - First they frankly told us without any verification that decision is correct. On REQUESTING they checked and told us that there was some technical error so you did not receive the message. So where is our fault? They escaleted the case. 

 

Today we receive a call the lady forced us to follow the - eBay DECISION IS THE LAST DESCION. 

 

 

Not even ready to listen our query that we did not receive the mail from your side.

 

 

THE CASE HAS BEEN FORCEFULLY CLOSED and WE are really feeling helpless and trying to find our invisiable mistake.
