This mail is regarding the claim ID 875881 opened on 12th feb-2015 and on 13th fed-2015 i have already sent mail to insellervarification@ebay.com with proof of shipment ,This is my second mail with the same issue but unfortunately there is no response from your side.I want to know in what capacity claim resolving team resolved this claim in favor of the buyer with the reason " seller didn't provide proof of shipment". I have submitted proof of shipment on time which you can check by tracking all details from the day one of this claim. Nobody even tried to contact me from ebay via phone or email before closure of this claim is really one sided and insensible decision. Hope for your speedy response because this is the matter of belief which i have on ebay being a seller and buyer otherwise in future time i feel insecure dealing with ebay.
