I recently sold sony xperia z imported and the buyer received the item.
Initially he used the item and after 15 days he reverted back as his phone got drenched in rain and still worked for 1 hour and then the blacklit turned off.
He went to sony center thet opened the phone and now he is claiming for item not as descirbed.
In our description of item we clearly mentioned that the phone is imported and dosent carry and manufacturer warraty and only have 7 days replacement policy.
Now can he take any legal action outside the ebay?
And as our item meet best of our description do we need to worry ?
