Dear Members,
Its really a poor response and feedback regarding purchase of a product from EBAY. Instead of taking money back i thought replacement will be easy and quick
It has taken almost 15 days to get a proper response from the Customer Support and on the name of return policy they are telling me to ship the product at my cost and than EBAY will reimbuse the cost through COUPONS.
My biggest mistake to rely on EB AY Guarantee......Really Worse......
