Why we cant cancel the orders which paid through paisapay ?

see how wrong this paisa pay system is ...

they do not allow you to cancel trasaction as  buyer has paid through paisa pay. 

and where if i have to write to paisa pay dont get a proper email for it. 

how to refund a  buyer for such thing and cancel a trasaction so that buyer can revise a address on and seller get new powership detail.

Yes, they don't have a cancellation option. Once you buy on eBay, then eBay waits until the 'Ship By' date. If the Seller doesn't enter the tracking details by that date, Paisapay automatically refunds the amount to the buyer. 

The only option is to request the Seller to cancel the transaction.
