WTF is "Your seller performance status is at risk in the Global program."

I checked my seller dashboard today and it's showing my projection will be downgraded to 'above standard' from top rated and it's due to the notification > Your seller performance status is at risk in the Global program.

What does it even mean?

I called ebay but they were hopeless.

FYI, my defect rate is near 1% and I don't sell anything internationally.

I'm really worried.

Now, demoted to above standard level by this glitchy system. I'm eligible for TRS.

Anyone else facing this issue?
